Forest Environment

 

 

This forest environment is made up of high res versions of the models from the Druid project with minimal performance impact thanks to the nanite tech implemented in Unreal Engine 5, which significantly increases performance and FPS. 

The Druid

​The Druid has been sent on a quest to cleanse the land from corruption, brought on by the evil entity which exists in the volcanic depths of Mount Dread!

 

Druid is an open world gaming project which was delivered by myself and five other team members. Each member had a role and set of activities to deliver. I led the 3D environmental modelling and art work. Examples of which can be seen in the images.

BOLKA

This project was mainly focused on level design however I also modelled the player character. This was my first attempt at both level design and character modelling.

The objective of BOLKA is to rid King Fred’s Kingdom of Alien parasites.

The Ghoul (VR)

You are a detective gone rogue trying to prove that whatever happened in this house is not what everyone thinks, and you know something truly sinister happened here. The player will be investigating a haunted house with equipment that unlocks as you find clues and hints.


Creating the game took approximately 3 months. Development of the game is a combination of my own work and an asset park from the unity asset store.

MEEPS - Game Jam Project

MEEPS are the unintentional outcome of chemical testing on potatoes.  A biological blunder of the Food Sustainability Project stood up by the World Food Bank in response to the Apocalypse. As a result of chemical and radioactive experiments, the potatoes began to deform and take on a life of their own; evolving, multiplying and developing a hive mentality!

It took two weeks and a two man team to create MEEPS as part of a Game Jam project.

Storage

Storage is based upon the kidnapping of Geoff, a local businessman, being extorted by local crime bosses. His objective is to escape the compound he’s been locked in, using any tools and equipment he can find to assist.

From concept to design was 3 months. As my first project, it was exciting to see the outcome. Admittedly, it could use a lot of polishing, but it’s a decent prototype.

AR Snakes and Ladders

This was a solo project of mine, made later on during the university course.
I found it to be very challenging, but after some problem solving, the game is now fully functional and can be played with up to 4 players.
